Hi friends! We’re Nolan and Dimity, a couple of 30-something parents to two boys and health coaches committed to helping other parents embody healthy living amidst busy lives. 


Through our combined 30 years of personal training, yoga, nutrition and personal development work, we bring a unique approach to health coaching that focuses on inner transformation and mindset. Our work is designed to disrupt the diet and burnout cycle, introduce long-term strategies for health and fitness and help you systematize your life in a way that supports your health and wellness.
