We're Nolan and Dimity

We've spent most of our adult lives obsessed with health and fitness, both personally and professionally. When we had our first child in 2014, our whole world shifted. No longer could we spend hours in the climbing gym or on our yoga mat. Sometimes our dinners were reduced to our kids' leftovers.
Pretty soon, we realized we needed to make some serious changes. So, we drew on everything we knew and developed key habits and routines that transformed our lives. Now, we've learned to feel our best even with the limited time we typically have.
We are passionate about helping other parents learn to lead healthy lives with ease and confidence just like we did.
